　　个人简介

　　王媛，女，工学博士，硕士研究生导师。从事食品质量安全控制方法与机制研究。重点关注食品中真菌毒素及其产生菌的识别与分析，天然活性物质的抗菌机制，产毒真菌的控制技术方法。2007年9月~2011年6月，本科，西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院，工学学士;2011年9月~2017年12月，硕博连读，西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院，工学博士。
