冯克伟，西北大学食品学院副教授；硕士生导师；陕西省食品科学技术学会理事；陕西省农业工程学会理事；西北大学富硒茶研发中心副主任；《eFood》青年编委；《食品研究与开发》青年编委；陕西科技大学创新创业指导教师；陕西微软创新中心创业导师；指导学生获得2024年“挑战杯”大学生科创大赛全国银奖1项， 2024年中国大学生创新大赛全国铜奖3项，陕西赛区金奖3项，银奖1项；主持国家十三五重点研发计划子课题1项，陕西省自然科学基金1项，陕西省市场监管局食品安全风险指数评估项目1项。
