冯克伟,西北大学食品学院副教授;硕士生导师;陕西省食品科学技术学会理事;陕西省农业工程学会理事;西北大学富硒茶研发中心副主任;《eFood》青年编委;《食品研究与开发》青年编委;陕西科技大学创新创业指导教师;陕西微软创新中心创业导师;指导学生获得2024年“挑战杯”大学生科创大赛全国银奖1项, 2024年中国大学生创新大赛全国铜奖3项,陕西赛区金奖3项,银奖1项;主持国家十三五重点研发计划子课题1项,陕西省自然科学基金1项,陕西省市场监管局食品安全风险指数评估项目1项。
