研究方向:
1、食品快检及设备研发
利用纳米技术和电化学生物传感等新型技术,实现食品功能性成分、污染物等的快速检测和监测。该方向为新型多学科交叉方向,是食品分析领域的前沿和热点方向。
2、功能性食品加工制造
围绕陕西省重点产业链,开展红枣、茶叶等地方特色农产品研发及功能评价
一、个人简介
白武双:男,理学博士,副教授。陕西省农业工程学会理事、陕西省高校青年创新团队核心成员、陕西紫阳富硒产业特别引进高层次人才、陕西亘正元集团生物科技有限公司首席专家(龙头企业)、陕西天奥盛科生物科技有限公司首席科学家。
担任SCI期刊《Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology》、《Micromachines》等客座编辑。近年来主持/参与有国家自然科学基金、省重点研发项目、市重点研发项目、横向项目等10余项,长期技术服务企业3家,以第一或通讯作者在《Biosensors and Bioelectronics》、《Sensors and Actuators-B Chemical》、《Chemical Engineering Journal》、《Food Chemistry》、《Journal of Food Composition and Analysis》、《Journal of Materials Chemistry A》、《ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces》、《ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering》、《Analyst》等SCI期刊上发表科学论文30多篇。
