个人简介:

刘茜,女,中共党员,工学博士,副教授,研究生导师具有健康管理师、营养指导员资格证书,任陕西省营养学会理事。主要从事食品功能化学与营养方向研究,研究内容具体包括:膳食营养组分对神经退行性疾病及代谢综合征的干预作用;天然多糖生物活性及构效关系研究;营养健康食品制造

近年来主持国家自然科学基金、陕西省重点研发计划-重点产业创新链项目中国博士后面上项目陕西省科技厅自然科学基础研究计划科研项目8作为主要参与人参与陕西省中央引导地方科技发展专项资金项目、陕西省科技厅科技资源开放共享平台项目5项。目前已在The FASEB JournalFood Research InternationalJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryJournal of Functional FoodsFood & Function等发表 SCI 论文 30 余篇。任Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience评审编辑Frontiers in Nutrition专刊客座副主编
