个人简介

牛晨,女,陕西西安人,中共党员,硕士生导师。主要从事食品安全控制方向——致腐微生物及产毒微生物的产毒机制及干预、防控技术。主讲《食品微生物》和《食品安全与质量控制》等课程。在《International Journal of Food Microbiology》、《Journal of Food Protection》、《RSC Advances》、《LWT-food science and technology》等国际期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,授权国家发明专利3项。安康市圣泰专家生物科技有限公司专家,获得西北大学脱贫攻坚纪念奖章。
