个人简介:

舒羽,女,博士,硕士生导师。201710月毕业于大阪大学(日本),获工学博士学位。主讲《分析化学》、《食品工艺学》、《食品与环境》和《文献检索与利用》等课程,主持及参与教学项目10项。主要从事食品加工副产品高效利用与食品保鲜材料研究,先后在Chem. Eng. J., Carbohyd. Polym., Sci. Total Environ., J. Power Sources, Small, Nanoscale, Food Chem., J. Agric. Food Chem., Food FrontiersSCI期刊发表论文20余篇,主持国家重点研发计划子课题、陕西省重点研发计划、陕西省基础研究计划项目等5项,参与国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金、陕西省科技计划项目等5项,国家林业和草原局创新团队核心成员,以主要完成人获“陕西省科学技术进步奖”一等奖1项。
