个人简介:

骆艳娥,三级教授,硕士生导师、博士生导师。

1995.9-2002.7 西北农林科技大学发酵工程专业本科、硕士;

2002.9-2005.6 西北大学化学工程专业(生物化工方向)博士;

2011.4-2012.4 美国Rice University访问学者。

长期致力于食品微生物与健康领域的研究,擅长微生物代谢调控、营养素功效挖掘及微生态健康研究。现主持陕西省科技创新团队项目1项、陕西重点研发计划课题1项;已主持完成国家重点研发计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金项目2项、陕西省及西安市科技计划项目6项、西北大学首届优秀青年学术骨干支持计划项目1项。以通讯作者在Biotechnology Advance、Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Critical Review in Food Science and Nutrition、Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Food Research International、Materials Science and Engineering C、International Journal of Nanomedicine等权威期刊发表研究论文30余篇;授权国家发明专利2件;曾获国家技术发明奖二等奖1项、陕西省科学技术奖一等奖2项、陕西省专利奖一等奖1项及第十三届陕西青年科技奖。
