  个人简介

  蔡瑞,博士,硕士生导师。2016年6月-2021年9月于西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院任教,2021年9月加入西北大学食品科学与工程学院。主要研究方向为农产品加工与安全识别控制。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金1项,陕西省自然科学基础研究计划1项,西北农林科技大学优博论文资助项目1项。同时参与国家重点研究计划项目子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、港澳台科技合作专项、陕西省科技统筹创新工程计划项目等国家及省部级课题多项;并参与软枣猕猴桃果肉浊汁饮料开发、陕南香系列餐饮食品开发、野刺梨饮料开发、陕南富硒茶资源开发利用、中鲁集团脂环酸芽孢杆菌检测方法构建等横向课题。先后承担本科生《食品包装学》、《食品生产认知实习》等专业课程的教学和实习工作。
